Champ’s Vitaminwater Volunteer Awards go to youth who have gone above and beyond in their efforts to serve the poor and homeless at the Denver Rescue Mission.
Each Award recipient gets a Champ’s Vitaminwater Volunteer Award plaque and is featured in a Champ’s Vitaminwater Volunteer Fox Sports Net commercial.

Theta Chi Fraternity at the University of Denver
Theta Chi Fraternity is committed to service and has chosen to
serve dinner to the poor and homeless at the Denver Rescue
Mission’s Lawrence Street Shelter, an emergency outreach
facility. Brothers from Theta Chi volunteer to serve dinner
once a week throughout the academic year.

Grandview High School Football Team
For the last four years the Grandview High School football
team has volunteered at the Denver Rescue Mission’s Jr. Broncos Training Camp helping children in need. The team has also held numerous drives for much-needed school supplies and canned food.

Mountain View Baptist Church Youth Group
The youth group from the Mountain View Baptist Church In
Lafayette has provided great volunteers to work with children at the Denver Rescue Mission’s Champa House and The Crossing. The group organized a Vacation Bible School, volunteered in the child care area and spent a week at Champa House bonding with the moms and children. The Mountain View Baptist Church youth group is committed to volunteering once at month at Champa House, a home for single mothers and their children.
